We are looking for Accountant for Company – Craft Beer line production in Bucharest

Responsibilities:

• Receipt of accounting documents;
• Registration in the SAGA program on cost centers;
• Recording of monthly closing accounting notes;
• Introduction of payments to be made in the online banking portal Bank payments;
• Registration of salary changes in REVISAL;
• Tracking and Registration of IntraStat movements;
• Generation of Payroll;
• Oversight of financial/accounting legislation in force and implementing it;
• Generating and submitting fiscal declarations;
• Management of contracts with partners;
• Timely renewal of SSM, SU, GDPR, occupational medicine, authorizations, insurance services;
• Management of the entry-exit number register;
• Constant documentation of the administrative legislation in force and implementation;
• Other administrative responsibilities as needed;
• Management of the Financial-Administrative email.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience
• University degree
• Fluent English
• Independent person (because remote/ hibrid work )
