The Digital Marketing Manager at The Feminine  will play a key role in driving the company’s resources and efforts towards success, working closely with the CEO to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, oversee social media, implement business strategies and manage day-to-day operations of the whole team.


The goal is to ensure smooth business operations in promoting the company’s programs and coaching services.


Flexibility to learn and become efficient in Facebook/Youtube Ads Management, sale marketing oversight  and creation (funnels) and CRM platforms is required.



  • Work closely with the CEO to integrate marketing strategies with overall business operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of business initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.



Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Utilise CRM platforms to manage customer data, automate marketing workflows, and track customer interactions.
  • Be open and flexible to learn and incorporate digital strategies
  • Learn to engage with the social media processes and oversight the team members effectiveness, in the following areas:
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, and visuals, to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with followers
  • Plan and create a content calendar for various channels, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.


Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field. MA degree and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in and business integration roles but it is not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. ConvertKit, MailChimp, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools, including social media platforms, content marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas, content and strategies.
  • Extensive proven experience in project management.
  • Experienced in managing teams- is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Romanian.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager-is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in funnel building techniques (ClickFunnels) and experience in designing and implementing effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Experience in creating engaging content for various digital channels(Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok).
