We are looking for Corporate Partnerships Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development of the annual corporate partnerships strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & fundraising manager;
  • Develops the annual action plans, forecast and pipeline;
  • Develops and implement the process of engagement with companies;
  • Contributes to the marketing strategy of the organization by identifying the clear links to the corporate strategy and ensures the corporate strategy is well aligned with the marketing strategy;
  • Collaborates with practice teams in order to understand conservation projects, identify funding gaps and create pitching stories for fundraising;
  • Creates the roadmap and execution plans for engaging new companies” as partners, supporters or donors;
  • Develops corporate presentations, working documents, presentations, MOUs and other types of materials needed in the process of acquiring new corporate partners;
  • Leads the due diligence process following the internal process;
  • Promotes the mission, vision and strategy within the Romanian business sector by participating in networking and other events;
  • Organizes the events targeted to business environment, or the participation in business events by working together with the brand team;
  • Coordinates the social media activities related to engaging with the business environment by working together with the brand team;
  • Supervises the activity of the Corporate partnerships project manager;
  • Provides regular financial;
  • Provide necessary reports and information to the international bodies.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, marketing, management, finance, PR or communications;
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management / account management, sales, fundraising, marketing, public relations or related fields, with an emphasis in networking, selling, business development and client management;
  • Sociable, with good organizational and interpersonal skills, encourages open communication, feedback and builds consensus;
  • Open minded, collaborative with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Proactive, with a can-do attitude; self-starter, quick learner;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
